Apply for Graduation
You must fill out a graduation application to have a degree conferred (awarded), even if you do not plan to attend a commencement ceremony. Applying for graduation (to earn a degree) is different from applying to attend a commencement ceremony. Visit Apply for Graduation for instructions and deadlines.
Commencement Ceremony
Commencement ceremonies are held each spring and fall to celebrate students earning their degree. It is a chance for family, friends, faculty, and staff to honor our graduates and their accomplishments. While commencement is not a requirement, we hope you will attend this special event in your honor.
