Contract Length

With the exception of The Village Apartments, all communities offer a standard two-semester academic year agreement to encompass Fall and Spring semesters. The following summer, housing is available in our apartment communities via a separate Summer Housing Application. If you wish to reside in housing for the summer, you can submit the corresponding summer application when it opens.

The Village Apartments are the only apartments that require a three-semester commitment which encompasses Fall, Spring, and Summer.

Selecting a Community

First-year students have three options: Hamilton Hall, Honors Community, or The Woods.

Second-year and above, as well as transfer and international students, can select an apartment or residence hall.

Pre-Payment

The required $50 prepayment is applied toward your housing charges.

Registered for classes at move-in

You do need to be registered for classes prior to moving into campus housing.

Co-Signature on Application

If you are under age of 18, your application will not be complete until your co-signature has been signed.

Students with Families

Students with families and/or children can live in The Village apartments.
