The form for non-residence life groups to request fliers to be hung in the halls and/or to request a flier to be in our weekly emails to residents (What's Up Wednesdays) can be found here.
All groups, student organizations, departments/offices wishing to reserve a residential space must complete an event request on their Engage page and list the residential space they wish to reserve as the event's location.

Hamilton Lobby
Forest Lane Community Center
Forest Lane Community Center Patio
Woods Clearing
Woods Basketball Court
Woods Volleyball Court
Village Pavilion
College Park Basketball Court
If your office/department does not have an Engage page, you can fill out this form to reserve a space.
Non-residence life groups will be charged a $50 for every 4 hours reservation fee. Groups may apply for a reservation fee wavier here.
Equipment Check-out
Non-residence life groups can request to use equipment owned by Residence Life here.
