Sally McGranor Evans, 83, an early pioneer in the development of Wright State University, died of natural causes in her sleep, Feb. 26, 2018. She was born Jan. 2, 1935, to David John McGranor and Pearl Ball McGranor.

Cheryl L. Aubin, 62, Instructor in the School of Nursing, passed away unexpectedly on Jan. 26, 2018, while at home in Dayton, recovering from knee surgery.

William Roger Johnson, III, passed away unexpectedly on Saturday, January 26, 2018. William had served in the United States Navy and had retired from the Computer and Telecommunications Services at Wright State University.

Patsy Lou Wilson Falkner, 84, was born on May 4, 1933 at home, Glomawr, Perry County, Ky., to parents Richard Rickett and Troy Gibson Rickett. Her early childhood was spent in Tinsley, Ky. She came to Dayton in 1944 and received her high school diploma at Northridge H.S. in June 1950.

Judy Preston, retired senior accountant, died on Dec. 16, 2017. She worked for Wright State University Boonshoft School of Medicine for more than 30 years.

Robert Sibbison was a well-regarded sculptor and a respected fine arts educator. He earned his B.F.A. from The University of Colorado (1961), and his M.F.A from The Cranbrook Academy of Art (1968).

William J. King, age 79, November 30, 2017 Member of founding faculty in 1964 of what became Wright State University. Taught Classics in the College of Liberal Arts. Survived by wife of 56 years, Cynthia; daughter, Anya King (Jen Davis).
