REDCap, which stands for Research Electronic Database Capture, is a secure web application used for building and managing online surveys and databases. It is specifically geared towards capturing data for research studies; these systems offer easy data manipulation with full audit trails and reporting, and an automated export mechanism to common statistical packages (Excel, SPSS, SAS, Stata, R/S-Plus).
Wright State faculty, staff, and residents are automatically approved as Project Owners; students can be Secondary Owners. To request REDCap access, email REDCap@wright.edu.
