CaTS offers free antivirus software for all faculty, staff, and students at Wright State University. Below you'll find links to download the antivirus software for your personal computer. If you have any questions about the software, please contact the Help Desk.

Required Virus/Spyware Updated Software Policy

Wright State University is concerned with the health of your computer and with maintaining effective network resources. In the interest of your computer and the health of the university network, you are REQUIRED to have up-to-date operating system patches as well as virus and spyware scanning software on your system. To ensure uninterrupted network access, you must keep your operating system and all virus/spyware tools updated.

Getting Started

Students

If you are a student at Wright State, free antivirus software is available to you from the ConnectWright webpage. You can use this software on both your computer at home and your computer in the residence halls. You will be required to log in to the ConnectWright website with your campus username and password.

Faculty and Staff Home Use

If you are a faculty or staff member at Wright State, free antivirus software is available to you from the ConnectWright webpage. You can use this software on your computer at home. You will be required to log in to the ConnectWright website with your campus username and password.

University-Owned Computers

For university-owned computers, the software can be found on Software Center for Windows PCs and Casper for Macs. Please visit these sites to learn more about these services.
