About Microsoft Delve

photo of a student using a laptopMicrosoft Delve helps you discover the information most likely to be interesting to you across Microsoft 365. Delve shows you documents no matter where they're stored, whether in your OneDrive for Business or SharePoint Sites. Delve never changes any permissions, so you see files already shared with you, while others cannot see files you've kept private.

Benefits and Key Features

With Delve, you can connect and collaborate with other members of your organization. Click someone's name or picture anywhere in Microsoft 365 to see shared or public documents they're working on, or to learn more about them. Add documents as a favorite or to a board in Delve to easily return. Microsoft 365 organizes documents according to what's most relevant to you at the time, and the more often your colleagues and you use Microsoft 365 the more targeted content will be for you specifically.
