*Saturday, May 3, 2014, 5:00am – 2:00pm*
During this time there will be no access to WINGS Express or Banner. If all goes as planned, the upgrade and verification testing could be complete as early as Noon. CaTS will send an email to the campus community as soon as WINGS Express services are available.
Important Note for Faculty: As you know, grades are due by Wednesday, May 7. During this upgrade window on Saturday, May 3, grade posting will NOT be available through WINGS Express. We also recommend that you do not attempt to post final grades via Pilot during this time.
The timing for this upgrade is due to a late Financial Aid regulatory change and the need to disburse aid to students for Summer Semester the following week.

*Monday, May 5, 2014, Midnight – 6:00am*
During this time there will be no access to the Tegrity Lecture Capture system.

*Sunday, May 11, 2014, 6:00am – 9:00am*
During this time, there will be no access to any WSU systems or the
Internet. Maintenance is scheduled to be completed by 9:00am, but a time
extension until Noon may be necessary to complete the maintenance. CaTS
will notify the university via email when maintenance has been completed.

*Other Updates*
The Center for Teaching and Learning (CTL) will be updating the Pilot
system on the following dates/times. During this update, Pilot will be
unavailable. If you have any questions concerning this update, please
contact the CTL at (937) 775-2885.
