At this time, some individuals are experiencing issues when trying to access files saved on the shared network drives. When attempting to open or save certain files, an error message such as 'Access denied. Contact your Administrator' appears.
CaTS is aware of the issue and is currently working on a solution. We will notify the University when all access has been restored.

The Help Desk was recently notified of an email phishing scam that targets Wright State faculty. The email appears to be signed as Wright State President Cheryl B. Schrader, but is sent from a Eugene Eung-Chun Park. Do NOT open any files that have been attached to this email.

CaTS will be performing maintenance the week of Spring Break (3/2 - 3/10) causing both network and service outages for the following systems:
Date: Saturday, March 2 - Sunday, March 3
Time: 7 p.m. - 1 a.m.
Due to an upgrade of our VDI environment to Horizon 7.7, all VDI systems will be unavailable during the above date and time. It is not necessary to power down your VDI during this date and time. All Virtual labs in Millett and the Library Annex will be closed until Noon on Sunday, March 3.
Date: Wednesday, March 6
Time: 5:30 - 7:30 a.m.
CaTS will be performing an upgrade to the campus wireless network; all wireless connectivity will be unavailable during this time.
Date: Saturday, March 9
Time: 6 a.m. - 12 p.m.
Due to a software upgrade of our storage systems, H:, K:, and R: drives will experience intermittent connection outages during the above date and time.
